Convenience Store Day In The Maritimes And Ontario

One day in a year where the convenience store industry showcases their community involvement with local politicians and leaders.

Convenience Store Day Atlantic Canada

The Atlantic Convenience Store Association first introduced convenience store day in 2012, in four stores located in two cities.  The inaugural year proved to be a great success as local politicians and community leaders took 20-minute shifts and learned what it is really like to work in a convenience store.  C-Store Day is a way for the ACSA to recognize the hard work of retailers, and to help the general public and politicians learn more about C-stores.  For every shift worked, a charitable contribution to a local organization is made. Last year, thousands were raised for the Children’s Wish  New Brunswick Chapter and the Boys and Girls Club of Dartmouth.  Convenience Store Day 2013 will be held in October, in all Atlantic Provinces.  For more information contact Jessica at jessica@conveniencestores.ca
